1975 - Thomas Samuel "Sam" Lesslie, Jr. serves as first Chief.

2018 - Station 2 opens

2018 - Chief Lesslie retires after serving as Chief for over 40 years.

The Riverview Fire Department Tax Board is responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations of the department.
